What a custom home means here
A custom home in McCall is not a catalog plan with a view tacked on. It's a home shaped around your land, your family, and the way you actually live on the mountain, from snow-shed planning and ski-gear logistics in winter to shaded decks and window washes in summer. We've been building custom homes in the McCall area for long enough to know the subs, the terrain, and the seasons that make this work different from building anywhere else.
Where we build
We build across the McCall-area communities our clients ask for: Whitetail Club, Tamarack Resort, Jug Mountain Ranch, Spring Mountain Ranch, BlackHawk on the River, MeadowCreek, River Ranch, the Payette Lake shoreline, and the full list of in-town McCall and Donnelly neighborhoods. We also build in the Treasure Valley around Eagle and Star for clients who want the same crew on a second home or a primary residence closer to Boise.
How a project runs
Every custom home we build runs through four deliberate phases: pre-construction, design-build, construction, and post-construction. The phases exist so the work, the money, and the decisions happen in the right order.
- Pre-construction. Lot analysis, feasibility, a realistic budget range, and an early read on what a project at your target scope will actually cost. No-surprise numbers before design gets expensive.
- Design-build collaboration. We work alongside your architect and interior designer (or introduce you to one from our bench) so drawings reflect how they'll actually be built. Fewer change orders, cleaner details.
- Construction. A project manager dedicated to your build, a weekly cadence of updates, transparent cost tracking, and a site run the way you'd want your home to be cared for.
- Post-construction. A first-year warranty walk-through, and for owners who want it, an ongoing property care relationship so the home stays in the shape it was handed over in.
