Hawk Construction is a full-time employer, not a pass-through for project labor. We hire for the long run, and the people who do well here stay here. Most of our project managers and superintendents have been with the company for years. That's a big part of why the work stays at the standard it does.
Roles we regularly fill
- Superintendents and lead carpenters. The craftspeople on site every day, running the build and holding the standard.
- Project managers. The single point of contact for an owner during construction, responsible for schedule, budget, and the quality of communication through the build.
- Estimators and pre-construction staff. The people who turn drawings and lots into realistic numbers before design gets expensive.
- Property services technicians. Year-round caretakers, inspectors, and responders who keep our ongoing-care homes in the shape they should be in.
- Office and operations. Accounting, administration, and the roles that keep a growing company running.
