A home needs a caretaker here
McCall is a real mountain town. That means real snow, real freeze-thaw cycles, and real consequences when a home is left alone for six weeks in the wrong season. For owners who aren't in the home every week, having a team that is (one that knows the house, the systems, and the subs) is the difference between a home that ages well and a home that slowly falls behind.
What's included
- Weekly interior and exterior inspections. A consistent walk-through on a schedule, documented, with photos and a quick written report after every visit.
- Winter readiness. Pipe insulation, heat-tape checks, snow management, roof clearing for ice-dam risk, and the backstage work that keeps the home comfortable in February.
- Storm and emergency response. When an alarm triggers at 2 a.m. or a pipe bursts in a cold snap, a real person answers and a real crew shows up.
- Vendor coordination. Landscaping, snow removal, housekeeping, window washing, HVAC service. We manage the schedules and the invoices so you don't have to.
- Pre-arrival and post-departure service. Groceries stocked, heat turned up, linens out, fireplaces laid, and the inverse when it's time to close the house down.
- Mechanical and systems tune-ups. Scheduled servicing for HVAC, radiant systems, generators, and the other systems that need attention you can't do remotely.
Who it's for
- Second-home owners who want to arrive to a home that's ready.
- Full-time residents who travel frequently and need someone checking in.
- Owners of homes we've built who want the same team to keep the home running.
- Absentee owners whose home has been neglected and needs a steady caretaker.
Where we cover
We're on the ground in McCall and serve the surrounding area: Payette Lake, Tamarack Resort, Jug Mountain Ranch, Whitetail Club, BlackHawk on the River, MeadowCreek, Donnelly, and the full Valley County footprint. For Treasure Valley property services in Eagle, Star, and the river corridor, see our Eagle, Idaho page.
What ongoing care actually looks like
Every home on our service is a little different. Some owners want a weekly walk-through and nothing more; others want us coordinating every vendor that touches the property. We build the scope to the owner, not the other way around. Visits are documented, reports are delivered, and the same people you meet at the start of the relationship are the people checking on your home a year in.
Starting a conversation
Reach out. We'll visit the home, walk the property, and put together a realistic scope and schedule before anything gets billed.
