Estate management and home oversight
Estate management means taking responsibility for the details an owner would otherwise have to coordinate from afar. Depending on the agreed scope, Hawk can make scheduled interior and exterior visits, monitor the condition of the home and its systems, prepare for seasonal changes, complete or manage approved work, and keep the owner informed. We can help manage access, scheduling, and follow-through when work is underway.
An ongoing home care membership is one way to structure that relationship. The visit schedule, communication, and responsibilities are agreed for each property.
Hands-on property services
Hawk also helps with the work itself. Property needs can include repairs, plumbing and system issues, landscape and irrigation care, snow work, cleaning, window washing, pest concerns, hot tubs, docks, and other exterior details. We handle or coordinate the appropriate work according to the property, the season, and the agreed scope. For larger changes, our remodeling team can take the project beyond routine maintenance.
