Hawk Construction is staffed by full-time employees, not project-by-project contractors. When you hire us, you work with the same project manager from the first lot walk through the final walkthrough. The superintendent on site is the same face you meet in month one. The property services crew that takes over after move-in is part of the same team that built the home.

Travis has been building custom homes in the McCall area for more than two decades. He stays involved in every project from feasibility through warranty, and is the reason the standard on our sites stays even across seasons and crews.
Chris Hawk
Principal
Chris runs the day-to-day of the company and the property services side of the business. Long McCall-area relationships with the trades, the design community, and the owners we build for. Much of our referral flow is his personally.
Doug
General Manager
Doug keeps projects moving. If a schedule is holding, a decision needs to be queued, or a subcontractor needs to be coordinated across multiple projects, Doug is usually the reason it happens on time.
