Building in Eagle, Idaho
Eagle sits at the western edge of the Treasure Valley, about fifteen minutes from downtown Boise and the airport. Roughly nine square miles of mature neighborhoods, newer estate communities along the Boise River, miles of greenbelt trail, and the kind of lot inventory that supports serious custom building. We build in Eagle with the same process and team we use in McCall, scaled for the Valley.
What makes Eagle distinctive
The Boise River and the foothills at the edge of town
Eagle is bordered by the river on one side and the foothills on the other. Greenbelt trails run through the middle. Owners can live in a residential neighborhood and still have a walking loop, a biking loop, and a fishing access within a few minutes.
A community that set its own standard
Top-rated schools (West Ada district), parks and playgrounds that get real use, community events, farmers markets. Eagle has kept its own identity even as the Valley has grown: walkable downtown, locally owned shops, a pace that's closer to a small city than a suburb.
Close to Boise, not Boise
Fifteen minutes to downtown Boise and the airport. But Eagle is its own place: larger lots, stronger design standards, and a real-estate market with long-term stability.
Neighborhoods that support custom building
We build in the established estate communities and the newer custom-home developments. Design review is real in most of them, which is a feature, not a bug. It's the reason a home you build here holds its value.
Eagle neighborhoods we build in
- Legacy, Valnova, and Terra View. Master-planned communities with substantive design guidelines.
- Riverstone, Henry's Fork, Bridgewater Estates, Brookwood, Homestead. Established estate neighborhoods with larger lots.
- Downtown Eagle infill and gateway projects. Tighter lots, careful siting.
- The river corridor from Eagle through Star and into Meridian. Riverfront and near-river custom work.
How we build here
Pre-construction, design-build, construction, and post-construction follow the same four-phase process we use in McCall. You meet the people who will build your home before we break ground, and you keep talking to them afterward. Material palettes in Eagle run broader than in the mountains (stone, stucco, timber accents, clay-tile or standing-seam roofs), and we help owners land on combinations that age well under Valley light.
