Hawk Construction's property services team operates across the McCall area and the Treasure Valley. For luxury homeowners in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Star (as well as the river-corridor communities in between) we bring the same team-based caretaking model that's kept McCall-area second homes in the condition their owners expect for more than 25 years.
What we cover
- Weekly home inspections. Full interior and exterior walk-throughs on a consistent schedule, documented and reported with photos after every visit.
- Vendor coordination. Housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, window washing, HVAC service, pest control, pool service, and specialty trades, all scheduled and invoiced through a single point of contact.
- Seasonal readiness. Winterization, spring activation, storm response, and post-event inspections so the home always meets the season it's in.
- Pre-arrival and post-departure service. Groceries stocked, heat adjusted, linens out, fireplaces laid, and the inverse when it's time to close up.
- Emergency response. When an alarm triggers or a pipe fails, a real person answers and a real team responds, at any hour.

How we scope it
Every home we take on gets a walkthrough and a tailored service plan. "Property services" means something different for a 5,000-square-foot Eagle estate than it does for a compact second home in Boise's Foothills. We build the scope to the home and the owner, not the other way around.
