Hawk Construction's property services team works with owners across the McCall area and the Treasure Valley. For homeowners in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Star, as well as the river-corridor communities in between, we bring the same team-based approach and shape the scope around each property.
What we cover
- Home check-ins. Interior and exterior check-ins can be scheduled around the property and the level of oversight the owner wants.
- Hawk service team. Depending on the agreed scope, Hawk can handle or manage approved housekeeping, landscaping, snow, window, HVAC, pest, pool, or specialty work.
- Seasonal readiness. A tailored plan may include selected winter, spring, storm, arrival, or departure considerations.
- Arrival and departure support. Specific arrival or departure details can be discussed and included when appropriate for the property.
- Urgent issue coordination. If an alarm triggers or a pipe fails, Hawk may be able to help assess the concern and coordinate an appropriate next step within the agreed service scope.
